1. Track link AssyThe track is a flexible chain ring driven by the driving wheel, surrounding the driving wheel, road wheel, idler wheel and idler wheel. The advantage of this arrangement is that the length of the crawler drive section can be shortened, the friction loss at the crawler pin caused by the driving force is reduced, and the service life of the crawler is prolonged. It is not easy to cause the lower part of the crawler to arch, avoiding the danger of the crawler falling off when turning, which is beneficial to improve the efficiency of the walking system. The height of the center of the driving wheel should be conducive to reducing the height of the center of gravity (or body) and increasing the length of the track on the ground, improving the adhesion performance, so the height of the driving wheel should be as small as possible.

3. Carrier RollerThe function of the idler is to drag the track to prevent the track from sagging too much, so as to reduce the vibration of the track during movement and prevent the track from sliding sideways. The carrier roller is similar to the roller, but the load it bears is smaller, and the working conditions are better than that of the roller, so the size is smaller.

4. TensionerThe main function of the tensioning device is to realize the tensioning function of the crawler and prevent the belt from falling off.The buffer spring of the tensioning device must have a certain amount of preload to generate a pretensioning force in the track. Its function is to not affect the meshing of the track pin and the drive gear teeth due to slight external force, that is, looseness when moving forward, and can generate enough traction when reversing to ensure the normal meshing of the track pin and the drive gear teeth.Due to the recoil action of the device, the tension spring pushes against the guide wheel on the right side so that it always maintains a certain tension state during the working process, so that the track tension guide wheel is guided.


5. Buffer springThe main function is to cooperate with the tensioning device to realize the elastic tensioning function of the track. Due to the action of the tensioning device, the spring pushes the guide wheel to achieve the tensioning effect. Therefore, compression and tension springs can be selected.

6. IDLERThe front and rear positions of the guide wheels are determined according to the position of the driving wheels, and are usually arranged in the front. The guide wheel is used to guide the track to rotate correctly, which can prevent deviation and derailment. The height of the center of the guide wheel from the ground should help reduce the center of gravity.

7. Track RollersThe track roller is one of the four-wheel belts of the crawler-type construction machinery chassis. Its main function is to support the weight of the excavator and the bulldozer, so that the track moves along the wheels. The number and arrangement of the rollers should be conducive to the uniform distribution of the ground pressure of the track. The agricultural running gear works mostly in mountainous or hilly areas, and the roads are mostly dirt roads. The crawler device needs a small average grounding specific pressure, and the pressure of the rollers should be evenly distributed.

8. Walking mechanismIt mainly includes the body of the crawler chassis, as a carrier platform for the above-mentioned parts, which is convenient for the fixing and installation of guide wheels, rollers, etc.
